Parramatta Eels ANZAC shirts are based off the 100th Anniversary Royal Australian Air Force RAAF. They were established 31 Mar 1921. The jersey was designed and created by Squadron lead Kathy Turner CSM, an Air Force veteran engineering officer and active resident with more than 30 years of service. This includes operations at Kyrgyzstan, Kuwait, and Kyrgyzstan. Squadron Leader Turner, who is still active in defense industry, is a freelancer for Graphite Design Coal Coast. This jersey commemorates 100 Years of Service to Australia by RAAF personnel. Over “350,000 Australians Served the RAAF” and more than “11,191 People have lost their lives serving the RAAF”. Their sacrifice and service will be treasured forever.
